These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing from Wright’s Daily Bread, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein. Please review them carefully.

1. General Terms Wright’s Daily Bread (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sourdough products and related baked goods from our Virginia-based microbakery. By using our website or purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

2. Products and Services All our products are handcrafted with care, and we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, slight variations in appearance, size, and texture may occur. All products are sold as-is. 

3. Orders and Payments • Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies or limitations on available stock. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or modified without our approval. • Payments: We accept major credit cards and payment methods available through our payment processor. Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations made outside this window may not be eligible for a refund. 

4. Pricing Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders. 

5. Delivery and Pickup • We offer delivery services for a fee of $10 within Northern Virginia. Delivery availability may vary based on location, and we will confirm delivery details when your order is placed. • Pickup is available every Sunday for orders placed no later than the previous Wednesday. Specific pickup times and instructions will be communicated upon order confirmation. • Wright’s Daily Bread is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services or missed pickup windows. 

6. Allergies and Dietary Information Our products are made in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take steps to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any specific allergy concerns at the time of ordering. 

7. Sourdough Starter and Instructions Our sourdough starter, “Jane Dough,” is sold in dehydrated form with rehydration instructions. Wright’s Daily Bread is not liable for any unsuccessful attempts to rehydrate the starter due to user error, environmental conditions, or other uncontrollable factors. 

8. Return and Refund Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item or product defect), please contact us at order@wrightsdailybread.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue, and refunds will be provided at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Wright’s Daily Bread and is protected by copyright laws in the United States. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited. 

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Wright’s Daily Bread and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to any harm or damage caused by product misuse, delays in delivery, or technical issues related to our website.
